RecommendedIt was easy to register on- line for an appointment. The appointment time was kept. Staff very friendly and the PA we saw was very solicitous and listened to all symptoms. He asked good questions. We were very pleased with whole experience.
Not only did they not tell me they were no longer taking regular patients back in November (I found out last month when I called to make an appointment and the lady cut me off over the phone), she told me I had to request my records through char request. Surprise it costs almost 50 dollars. I only went before because I liked the Nurse Partitioner. Everyone else was always rude and seemed to not have time for patients. The Dr. on duty repeatedly belittled the lady at the front desk because she had left on Christmas lights. It was uncomfortable to hear and watch. He even questioned her cleanliness, noting she had been there for six months and this was the first time she decided to clean. They are also extremely slow, whether there is on patient or 10. CHP for me next go round.
The patient is definitely not first. Money first, patients are way down the list.
I went in at 4:49 on the 23th of November. After waiting for more than an hour the nurse took my temp and B P. The doctor came in. And introduced himself, handed me a paper on the common virile cold and said, "read this so we can have an intelligent conversation when I come back in". Dr. Wynn is awful. I have been a lifetime patient of Dr. Lutz but he unfortunately left patients first. The new Dr. Treats patients like they're druggies and he's probably the most unprofessional and uncaring doctor I have ever seen.
