RecommendedI have been four times over the past few years. Broken finger, cut off part of my finger (sorry apparently I don’t care for my fingers) and two sinus infections the most recent during COVID. I can’t say enough about how easy and incredible this place is. I have literally never been there longer than an hour. This includes x-ray, stitches, and Covid testing. Everyone is nice and professional. I cannot recommend Patient First enough.
I was sent here by my primary care doc. I am a disabled veteran and a healthcare worker. The physician who saw me acted as though I didn’t belong here and did nothing for me except roll her eyes. She does not belong in patient care.

I took my grandson to this location. They refused to treat him for a second degree burn because they could not verify his health insurance. I told them that I could pay for the service, as my daughter wasn't there (because she was at work) and did not have his medical card with her. I was informed by the medical receptionist that I could not pay for the services because of the type of insurance that he has. What? RecommendedThe employees are prompt and courteous. Each time I've been there, my visit from check-in to leaving is usually an hour or less. Highly recommend

I came in here last year with strep throat. And they sent me home with a full breakdown of my BMI and tips for losing weight that I did NOT ask for. I had recently lost 13 lbs and having their weight loss tips thrust on me was incredibly demoralizing. My strep had nothing to do with my weight. It was unprofessional, unnecessary, and hurtful. Keep your fatphobia out of medical care. Being fat doesn't cause strep throat!
Poor customer service. My fiance had a work injury and I drove 35 minutes to be able to see him. They told me I couldn't wait in the waiting room, despite the fact I have a mask and was 6ft from anyone else. He recently had a surgery and there were no issues then for me to be in the waiting room. The lady who told me to leave was also very rude about it.
