Patient first in Chantilly has an outdated protocol. We verified with the state health department and they confirmed that what Patient First did to our 2.5 years old son was an outdated procedure (injection should be done to the arm not the thigh). Will never go back here.
I am currently at this location, been sitting in the room for almost hour and 1/2 without anyone coming in to do anything. This place needs a reality check and needs to attend to patients in a timely manner.
RecommendedI had the best experience there. The nurse was so nice and the doctor was even nicer. I only have positive things to say. I was there this evening 3/2 around 9PM. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RecommendedI was very unwell and uninsured. I came because I absolutely felt terrible. I was given new party options that don't require a credit check. I was able to make arrangements to pay as little as $25 a month and I don't need to have the money to charge today. They care. I got the care I needed. I can breathe in more ways than 1
I went in on Sat with a sore throat and cough. I had left my glasses at home and mistakenly hit button two asking if I had been around anyone from China who had developed symptoms. Once I realized the mistake I told them. After waiting for about 20 minutes they refused to see me. The two women out front were very nice but they told. Mae I had to go to the emergency room. I have been here since 10 am. it is now 1:30 and I have not seen a doctor. Had x-rays after waiting hours and still waiting. This is like going to the ER. I am in pain and extremely annoyed!
My Girlfriend went there about 2 months ago Complaining of Knee Pain after hitting at work they looked at said nothing is wrong well fast forward 2 months She goes to her Dr today still having major knee pain an they tell her She a Slight MCL Tear, You as a Practice Suck what if She wouldve hit again an tore it completely what a joke you guys are...
Do not recommend. The MA that originally took me back was very nice and patient. However the PA was very rude. Her name was Yuliya. She barely took time to check me out. Also when my mom asked for an excuse to stay home with me tomorrow she said “I guess, but your daughter is 18 and can be by herself” why doesn’t she think it’s okay to make this comment? Very unprofessional.
