We tried Sentara Urgent Walk-In and we were given an appointment to come back in 5 hours - yes - 5 hours!!! We drove down the street to Patient First and we were in and out within an hour. The staff is great and very caring!!

Holland rd. doctor and nurses were rude and unwilling to help with my condition. I needed to just talk to the doctor briefly but they only wanted my info so the bill me my $40 copay for a 5 min conversation. I am never going back there again.😡😡😡
Very friendly staff and doctors. Of course the wait time could be shorter.
