So it looked like I was going to be seen right away! GREAT! Went to pay my copay and then I was confronted with a bill from 2008 for $15 that had turned into $160. Apparently when I had a car accident in 2008 my lawyer didn't pay $15 of the $543. I couldn't be seen even though this info was right in front of them??? Everything was great with one exception. During check in the lady asked if I wanted to put a credit card on file for my prescriptions. I said no, I'll pay cash for them. This was after she asked if I wanted to get my prescription there and I said yes. Was called back, vitals done placed in a room, xray tech very nice, dr came in checked me out, told me my problem and said she was giving me 3 prescriptions. I check in at 1145am did not get seen till 225 pm, the music that they play are so ridiculous. Not acceptable worst than going to ER.
I've never had a problem with the glen burnie office. Actually thinking about switching primary
Front desk and girl who registered me were both very nice. The M. A. who took me back was as cold as ice. Called my last name, didn't even say hello when I walked up to her, took me back and did my vitals with no expression on her face at all, she was like a robot. Very cold, rude demeanor. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time.
Had a very good experience! Dr. Williams was very good with me! Very professional lady & a good Dr. Thanks to all the staff for being so kind!
