Went to dentist, said my blood pressure through the roof and couldn't even do a cleaning. Went to Patient First and had awesome treatment and got back on a prescription to keep everything in check. No appt, only took a short time. Felt like everyone cared up there.
They made me wait 2 hrs with no explanation.the Dr will be with you shortly. Huh 2 hrs worse experience ever at any health care facility!
People where looked mean and like they did not want to be there... some doctor came in to treat me and was there for 5 mins and all he keep asking is if i would get my meds through them.. then i went to ask him something he walked away... i has to ask the nurse if i was done ... the check out lady was stuck up and did not want to be at her desk...
FUCK PATIENT FIRST, I HAVE A SPLITTING HEADACHE, SWEATING BULLETS, FEELING WEAK, AND THEY HAVE REFUSED ME TREATMENT DUE TO A DISCREPANCY FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME, JUST WANT IT TO BE KNOWN I ATTEMPTED TO GET TREATMENT AT PATIENT FIRST, WHOM I'VE WENT TO FOR YEARS, AND WAS DENIED. FUCK THESE PEOPLE!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude and abrasive staff from nurses to doctors. We were talked to horribly. What asking questions were given short answers and even grunts as if we were bothering them and taking up their time. Will NEVER visit patient first again. Horrible. If you have no compassion and patience then you shouldn't be working in the medical field.
