I have been coming here about 10 years and I loved it until recently and today sealed the deal I will never come back. I will miss Dr Read. Anyhow my mom is 72 and gets mixed up. I take care of all her medical. 1st they tell me I can not wear my mask with the ventilators in it. I comply and put on th their disposable one. Didn't say a word about it. Then the nurse says I must leave my mother there even though Mom asked me not to leave. The nurse literally told me very nasty to leave and go to my car now!! I'm out here LIVID.... read more
RecommendedI was very unwell and uninsured. I came because I absolutely felt terrible. I was given new party options that don't require a credit check. I was able to make arrangements to pay as little as $25 a month and I don't need to have the money to charge today. They care. I got the care I needed. I can breathe in more ways than 1

The wait time is never really long and the staff are super friendly. I go here more than my actual doctor.
Absolutely not Iv been waiting 3 hours seriously 3 hours to find out if my son has strep for a test that takes minutes 😩 Pasadena location sucks and believe me they are in no hurry to take care of there patients
They have the absolute best service , there always pleasant & show all concern to your problems . I definitely recommend patient first !! 100%
I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I got extremely sick they sent me out of there saying I was fine and it would pass by in a few days, ended up in the ER few days later coughing up blood. Turns out I had extreme strep throat, patient first tested twice and both results came back neg.
Got in and out in less than an hour!! Staff are always friendly, Courteous and Professional and very informative regarding the reason I came in.. I use Patient First as my Primary Care Physician because I trust that l will always get the best of care!!
Is this place like constantly understaffed? I literally just need a Tdapp vaccine and I've been sitting here for 40 minutes
