It was an awesome experience. Seamless from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A one-stop shop, with prescription ready on the way out!!!
Everything about my visit was great except I didn't like them asking for my credit card upfront. I ended up getting my prescriptions at Rite Aid because it was cheaper for me that way and buying them through patient first
I go to the Glen burnie office, I've never had a problem there. I always get the help and medicine I need. Everyone is always nice.
Everything was good until they stuck me in a room and the classical channel was blaring. I'm sick and already have a headache but being left in that room for 10mins, awful! Then after the doc see me she gives me scripts and walks out. Never telling what was wrong with me... ...
The doctor there Rosario, was very mean and rude. Probably mad because he's a down grade doctor.
I took my friend there tonight after she complained about her bp being too high and having chills. The registration process was simple enough, and given how these visits typically go in the ER, the wait time was minimal. Staff were helpful and the doctor was pretty good, even if he was "all business." Will be checking in with my friend to be sure she's doing ok and satisfied with her care.
