The Glen Burnie location rocked it this morning. I had a lot of tests that needed done and an x ray. I was there when they opened, but I was not the only one there. They were waiting to take me back before I finished providing my insurance info. I checked in at 7:58pm...and checked out, wheezing and sobbing, at 11:00pm WITHOUT ever having been seen. I became concerned that I was forgotten when I saw the lights to all the rooms being turned off, staff leaving and vendors coming in to restock supplies. I was made to feel like a nussiance when I asked if I would be seen soon. I was assured that patients are seen in the order they check-in, unless they are critical. Wasn't impressed last few times had to go sat way to long thought the doctor could have been better it used to be a good place not anymore I'd would just go somewhere else
I can't give any less than one star so I have to give one star. Don't waist your time. the doctors I've seen there numerous times won't treat you for the most common problems they just want to refer you to other places. Yet they claim to be a "primary care facility" with my job the hours we're supposed to be convenient but it just a waist of time
Took my wife here for a finger injury. Two hour wait for a doctor and still not seen. Still charging us and wouldn't give us the xrays they took and probably will charge us for.
Very quick, the earlier you go the better. They swabbed for strep and the flu when they took my vitals, I had a room within 10 mins after that. And as soon as the results came through, the doctor was in my room, with my medicine and my notes. I had a great experience, although I felt like crap.
