The wait was to be expected. The bedside manner of the Physician Assistant Erin L. was unfortunate. I took my 4 year old in and she examined her within 5 minutes, making a diagnosis and making no eye contact and addressing us with her back to us. I appreciated the support, but not the demeanor.
Went in on Christmas. Staff were all ready to roll like it was any regular day. We were seen as quickly as you could get. All the nursing staff and doctors were fantastic. Have been here with everyone in my family. ALWAYS have had a positive experience. Fredericksburg Centeal Park Branch is the place to go!!!!
After waiting for 1 hour then another 30 mins for the dr, the dr came in and spent maybe 3 mins with me. And left with no meds
Visited Central Park location on Monday because my 2 year old injured his foot. This was by far the worst Dr visit I have ever had. I have been to this location on many occasions for myself, my 7 year old and my 2 year old a few times as well. After checking in at 7:20pm, we got his vitals done about 8pm. Still have not been seen by the doctor. Been three hours already.
My experience was okay. They have great hours but with the Dr., he was in and out. You could tell he was in a hurry to get to the next patient and was being as quick as possible. With a little one sick, I would have liked for him to have been more thorough. It was the weekend, so I will only use them if she should get sick again and we can't wait.
People were super friendly, only problem was it took way over 2 1/2 hrs to see a dr... dr was great just wait time was so very long!
