I took my son to Patient First, and when we’ve gone here before everyone has been amazing. The doctor he was seen by (Ekram Guirguis) came in the room, told us his foot wasn’t broken, then proceeded to (in front of my 5 year old son, mind you) talk about his weight and how he’s having too many carbs and not enough fruits and veggies. His foot injury had nothing to do with his weight, he injured it on a trampoline. If you knew my kid, you’d know he loves the hell out of fruit and will eat his veggies. Turned away after receiving a letter to return for follow up blood work. Symptoms: none active, previous diagnosis: cough. Website reports you will not be seen if you have fever AND cough or shortness of breath. Needless to say, they refused to see me because of the “coronavirus” and was not given any referrals to follow up with. I am also 6 months pregnant and am on antibiotics prescribed by.....PATIENT FIRST... amazing how medical professionals turn you away when you’re seeking medical attention.
Scared to treat patients. Sending people away. What happened to Patient’s Fist???????Change your name. Go home. No use to the community!
Spent a few hours waiting but the level of care I received from Dr. Kim was amazing. In my experience, I haven't had many doctors that show actual concern for you but he genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to make sure that I felt better before I left. Thank you Dr. Kim and Patient First!
