I've been there twice in 3 nights with 2 different patients. Waiting room was packed the first night and I was in and out in under 2 hours. On the second trip, the waiting room was less than 1/2 full and again, under 2 hours, including x-rays and a shot. Good care, decent timing considering the viruses that abound all right now.
Doctor was great but waiting for 3 hours to be seen is crazy !
Took my husband there yesterday for severe foot pain. We had a little bit of a wait but once he went back to an exam room they did xrays and a full exam and he was able to get his meds all before we left. This is the second time we've used Patient First and have been pleased with the service.
Went yesterday in extreme pain it hurt to move walk sit stand etc started out sitting in waiting room then called to another room for registration then back to waiting room then called back for vitals then back to waiting room eventually called to a room was there for almost 3 hours was not impressed by the majority of the staff
I wish they would not take your vitals and then put you in an exam room for an hour. There were not that many people there that you should wait in the exam room for an hour...
Was very pleased with my experience. Was in and out in 35 minutes. Very impressed with Dr. Bichara and all of the staff.
I understand at an Urgent care it can't take time. I don't like being sat back in the waiting room 2 times after signing in. Waiting an hour in the waiting room after my vitals to get put in an exam room and wait another 1.5 hours was very ridiculous. Then I get 5 minutes with the doctor. I expect to be seen within 20 minutes of being in an exam room. I waited so long, their automatic sensor lights shut off on me. I work in a doctors office and at least if we are running behind we step into the room and update the patients. ... read more
