Been here for over 2 hours to be told I'm not sure what's wrong; could be a range of things with women you have all that plumbing down there! If your pain gets worse go to the ER so they can do a CT Scan. Prescribed me something for naseua and I made the mistake of getting it filled here and have been waiting over 30 mins now to just get that! I could've been in and out of the pharmacy by now!
I have had to patient first twice a week apart with my 4 year old and my 2 year old. Both times everyone from the receptionist to nurses, and doctors were super fast. Though the forgot to mix one of the antibiotics but it was new years day and they called my local pharmacy to mix it. Definitely my favorite urgent care place to go
Been here over two hours. The nurse who took our vitals said give them about 20 minutes before the doctor comes in the room due to a flu swab being done. Now we are still sitting and waiting not one person has come in to check in. All the employees are constantly on phone or gossiping about something. Do not recommend. Fast forward, confirmed flu but can’t give medication due to it being more than 48 hours.
They are absolutely horrible, they told my husband to go back to work today “they’re use your hands and brain or they won’t” exact quote from dr Johnson. He literally had to use a chair to go to the restroom but apparently is clear for work that is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location ever again your doctors are very unprofessional and I’m very dissatisfied. Do not go here, avoid at all costs.

The absolute slowest clinic in all of Virginia... Been here multiple times with the thought maybe it will be faster this time.. NO that’s not the case.. if you’re looking for a timely clinic i HIGHLY recommended NOT going to this establishment...🚫🚫🚫

We have been here for treatment three times now. Each time we were treated courteously, quickly, and efficiently. We have never been here for longer than an hour all three times. Having military insurance for the last 20 years we are familiar with being sent to the ER at times where the base clinic isn’t available so we are always expecting 5-7 hour or more waits to be treated followed by a trip to the pharmacy for more waiting.
