When we first went there, they told me as long as we were in network ( which she verified we wereour copay would be $25 which is our normal copay- now everything changed and no one EVER told me that if we specified that we had a regular doctor, our copay would be $75! Which btw they deducted from our credit card 2 weeks after the initial visit! I will NOT be going there again!
I called to see if I would be seen if I arrived at 9:50 and they said yes. I was immediately waited on and seen so quickly. I was happy to be able to get my prescriptions there too so I wouldn't have to stop anywhere else. Great place for medical care when you can't get to your regular Doctor.
First time going and will continue going here and avoid ER as much as possible. We got right in, staff, Drs, nurses everyone was very nice. Took very good care of my son and left with the medicine needed an added bonus not having to make an extra stop on our way home.
Second visit here, and hoped things would be different after receiving a letter from them apologizing for excessively long waits-- nope! If you don't value your time, go here. Toughed out 4 hours of waiting, before ultimately walking out of the exam room before being seen by a doctor. Staff had no excuse for the issue and did not seem to care at all. More like patients last
Girls were very quick getting me checked in and getting my vitals. Blood was drawn quickly and professionally. Took some time to actually see the doctor. But overall very pleased.
My husband had a lot pain muscles and chest waiting for 1 hour before see a doctor,he was in and out in out ( looks like that place needs more doctors available) X-rays,blood tests,and Cardiac test .. he said Dehydration...? Drink Gatorade and Tylenol... released 3 1/2 hours after ...2 days after at home ,he still can't move ,same pain ...🤷♀️
