I am one of the GPs working in Whakatane area. I did go to the local Pyne street lab this morning and met the sweet, super enthusiastic phlebotomist there. She was running around in between reception and the blood taking room as the lab was super busy. Is it not possible to have a receptionist there to cover the reception so the phlebotomist can concentrate on her job?

WHY IS IT CLOSED AT 8:14AM??? It clearly states open on the building and doors from 7:30am. Disgusting. Change it to suit the actual opening times!
Been sitting and waiting for 30mins for it to open. Says opening hours 7.30. Might want to let your staff know or change the hours on everything.
Says it’s open on the door and website but after waiting outside for the advertised opening time find it is closed. ( about 6 people were also caught out) Time to update your information.
