Quite a wait in middle of day but very efficient staff who were working flat out to minimize the wait.
Staff were polite, but one tube was missed during my blood test, which meant an extra needle insertion. Hopefully this can be avoided with better checking next time.
Out of all the pathlabs I have ever been to, this is my favorite, even if I move next to a closer one, I try it once but I always end up coming back to Rototuna. Plenty of easy parking, spacious tidy waiting room, usually not too long of a wait, I try to go early. They have the loveliest bubbly, smiling, receptionist who is great with people, as soon as I see her I am happy. Terrible experience. Went to get my blood done by Michelle, she couldn't fine the vein, while the needle was already in my arm and then said "let me find someone more experienced than me." As someone who doesn't like bloods getting done. Terrible service as staff was also not friendly.
