The Nurses at path lab are very nice and treat their clients with respectfully.
Terrible attitude from the Alpha st staff experienced on several visits. Staff need to remember they are dealing with sick people. Please treat people with respect and not rudeness.
Went here in pathlab ( alpha street? I was there at 3:40 pm only to be told that stop bleeding already( ????) But they dont close till 4 pm what the heck( 3 rooms with 3 patient waiting and that includes me) and she told me to go to Hamilton because they it is open till 5 pm . If youre not accepting patient before youre closing time put it on your website. I just wasted my time going to this pathlab. 😡😡😡😡
Me and my family visited this evening and we faced a very bad attitude from one of staff.(only one staff)
