My first experience of reflexology, I was open minded about the benefits, I found it to be both calming and restorative also eased a knee pain I had for a while. Incredible experience. Certainly relaxing, yet providing some therapeutic relief from muscle and joint pain from only one session. I can only imagine the benefits from a course of treatment.
