I had my first session with Pat following our discussion about my needs. It was a deep tissue massage and stretching that greatly improved my flexibility and left me feeling relaxed and energised. I have already booked a follow-up session. Pat is very skilled in identifying tight muscles and freeing them. She was very professional and caring, talking you through what she was doing and why. Highly recommended.
