I drove to Pat peck Nissan hwy 49 and was blessed to be able to purchase a vehicle from them and today I am getting and oil change they are wonderful need a car go to Hwy 49 Pat Peck Nissan
This dealership is the worst! My car was towed there by my insurance company because I drove it into water which came into my car. They stayed my car sounded and ran fine. Only thing needed was new padding under carpet and shampoo carpet. After two weeks I go to the dealership my car is dead which needed a jump. My battery cable was corroded which broke while they were jumping it so they replaced it. When I got into drive my car it sounded like a tractor trailer and doesn’t got over 60mph. Went in today with not too good of an outlook and all I can say is WOW. This place is absolutely amazing!!! Patrick O. And Michael P. are seriously angels! They made the whole process so easy and really worked with me today. They are blessings in disguise and I can’t be more pleased that I decided to take my business to them. We literally just left after waiting 15 minutes inside and no one helping us...even with an appointment... I waited outside with my two kids in the rain while my husband went in... Pre approval from both capital one and navy federal well over the amount of what the truck was posted for online... we are on our way to another dealership... you lost a for sure sale today.
I love your service department always get excellent service. This is what keeps me coming back to purchase Nissan products, customer service matters.
