I like going to Pat Peck because they are usually good with customer service. I have been going to them since 2015, when I bought my car from them. When I went to get my car serviced yesterday, though, I asked about my point balance and putting it towards the cost and they told me they dont do that any longer. I was never notified that the program would be ending, so whatever points I had went to waste. Other than that, they got my car serviced quickly.
My car was serviced to today. Excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, fast and courteous.

I drove all the way from Columbia to look at a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue Sport I had seen online. The customer service I received was top notch. This is my first Nissan and I was very pleased with how smooth things went! Will recommend you to all I know!
