My service advisor Zach is always very friendly and helpful! The service department is usually very quick and they have complimentary snacks, coffee, and tv while you wait. I highly recommend Pat Peck!
The service was excellent, the staff in the automotive department(Ms. Kathy) kept me updated on the status of the repair of my vehicle. Ms. Kathy very courtesy and friendly, once they pinpoint my issue, they had me promptly back on the road the same day. I have had a long relationship with Peck Nissan, and it’s likely I will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.
Well first off the put the wrong address on all my paperwork. They made me wait for a title to mailed to be instead of giving it to me outright so after getting the car I can't even drive it. Took almost three hours from the time I told them I want the vehicle to finish all the paperwork. Had me get a cosigner that had insurance then almost didnt let me drive the car off the lot AFTER I had fully paid for the vehicle because I myself didnt have insurance. i was very satisfied with pat peck nissan. i went to buy a car and they were so polite and helpfull. everything was explained step by step to me. i am very happy with the car i purchased. zach was so helpful. i will definitely recommend to friends and family that if they are considering buying a new car to go to pat peck nissan.
Down home good people very courteous and professional get the job done if they notice something wrong other than what you brought your car in for they will notify you and give you the price to get it fixed, Also have good coffee and a very nice general manager.
