For anyone looking for a professional passenger bike service, that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Tom from Passenger Bikes. He exercised great communication from start to finish, has a very professional yet friendly manner and went above and beyond by locating and sending directions with photos of the baggage store I required once I reached London Gatwick. Because of Tom I was able to reach the wedding of my dearest friend in Scotland on time. Can’t thank you enough Tom!

Couldn't of asked for a better experience, If you want to avoid the traffic, and be in and out of London hassle free, This is the way to do it. Tom was very polite and knew exactly where to go, taking all the hassle out of the entire journey. 100% recommend to anyone else & will use again for sure. Thanks
