Booked an Airbnb week long vacation rental in Bognor in June that was 'managed' by Pass the Keys. Show up in the early evening to find an ant infestation. Had to scramble to find a place to stay and booked for two nights. By day two we heard nothing back regarding a remediation plan or timeline so had to book another place to stay 20 minutes from Bognor.
