If I could leave zero stars I would. I trusted Pass the Keys to manage my property and they mishandled it so badly that I lost my Superhost status within a matter of months. When I got the property back several items were damaged including the dishwasher, custom fitted tables and there was significant stains on the carpets throughout the home. Not once was I notified and nothing was done to resolve any of the issues. They charged me for professional cleaners but cleaned the property themselves to a very poor standard. This l... read more
