I live in Orlando and over the last 2 months I have attempted to locate a store that sells ***** **** ******(HS) balloons. I have been disconnected from the chat option, at the East Colonial Store twice. I was told by the East Colonial store that they did not sell them. I called the Millenia Mall store and they told me they sold them. Then I went there and they said they did not sell them. I had ordered balloons online from Party City and went to the store to get helium put in them for my baby shower the next day. I paid for the helium and the cash register guy told me it would be better to get it done Friday (the day I went) than Saturday with them being busy due to Easter orders. I paid the extra and shopped around. When I came back the guy said he had one more balloon left to do. I waited 30 minutes pregnant with my two toddlers while he continue to cash people out. I placed an order with PartyCity.com for two halloween costumes. One arrived. One didn't. I waited and waited. I tracked the order online. The order gave me three tracking numbers all of which said delivered and all showed only the one costume which had been delivered. I've been charged for both costumes, $85. I called 10 days later when still no second costume has arrived and spoke with Jessica at Customer Service who was extremely rude. She laughed at my complaint, literally. In checking this order it appears one of the 2 items ordered was out of stock and was cancelled from the order. The biggest error we can see is that no email was sent to her about the cancellation which is part of our process; We apologize for the oversight on our part. However we never charge an order until it is shipped for the very reason that if something is out of stock we can charge properly and don’t include the out of stock item. All I have to say is Party City has bad quality products. I was wanting balloons for a party tomorrow, needless to say balloons don’t last 12 hours then they deflate. It’s pretty bad that ****** ****last longer. Party City wants to charge arm and a leg for bad quality crap. I will not return back to this store for anything.
