Ordered 3 online orders at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night. 2 of them were mistakes. No recourse available to cancel the order online, must call customer care which opens at ***** called promptly at 8am and customer care could not cancel the orders because they had already shipped, so I have to return them to a local store, and will not received shipping money refund - although again, there was no way for me to cancel the order on my own since they have no system to do that online and their customer service was closed at the time... read more

***** ON YOU PARTY CITY ( ********* ********* ). ****** BE AWARE JUNE 21ST : ***** placed for 45 inflated balloons to be delivered on July 4th between 2pm and 4pm.JUNE 27TH : i received a email stating that my balloons were delivered.placed a call to ********************** to advise of email received. I was charged twice for an online order. I called the store and the customer service line each multiple times, and was always told they would do something about giving me a refund, but never did. It is now a month and a half later from when I made the first call, and it appears that Party City has no intention of resolving this issue.

I attemptempted to place an order online as a guest and the site continued to circled back to my card info after knowing my info was correct. I checked my card it went through twice. I never received an email confirmation or no text. I contacted customer service they hung up three times failed to pass me over to a supervisor. Stated we do pre authorized charges to ensure your money on the card. I stated thats fraud one person said my money would come back in 24 hrs the other said 7 business days. I bought a set of six balloons here for $10 and paid an additional $1.80 to have each filled up for me. The employee opened the pack and began filling them up, after finding a balloon with a whole in it she gave me a blank black on in its place refusing to replace it with the correct decal stating thats a loss for us and when I told her well you selling me a faulty product is a loss for me and repeated there was nothing she could do. Do not shop at the ******** Party city in ********* ********. The customer service is awful. There was no care or professionalism demonstrated by ****** ********* the shift manager. I arrived at the store to pick up my contact less ballon arrangement. I received a text message at 9:20 Am stating my order was ready. I arrived at 12:15 pm to pick it up. We purchased a pair of number balloons from Party City at ******** ****************************************************************************************************** on April 22 at 6:50pm for $12.99 each but we saw at ********** that theyre selling them for only $6 each. We went back to Party City past 8pm to return the balloons but the store was already closed.
