Today, 08/10/2022 I visited Party City in ************* which is my normal choice because I live close to this location. I've never had an issue here before until this evening. My sister lives in *********** and came to this location to purchase bridal shower supplies for my bridal shower. We were in the store for ***** minutes. During our visit the current evening manager *****, was very unpleasant, unhelpful, and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. If I could give no stars I would, Party City in ******* ** needs to be a little better at hiring staff. I dont complain but the way I was treated this morning was not okay. I was begging for one balloon to be blown up and the employee refused to blow one up because she was already behind on her orders. There was no one in the store.
I was just looking over a receipt and found that at the end of your purchases they are charging each customer and extra 50 cents and it is unauthorized and stating it is going to someone **** as a donation. I called the Party City in ********** in the ** and they said this is every party city. Is this not against the law???? They have no info on a donation and we are being charged fraudulently. They need to issue refunds nationwide
The location in *******, ** doesnt put hi-float in the balloons, even when you pay the extra money for it. This is now the second time my balloons have failed to last more than 10 hours. After the first time, I figured maybe they just forgot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, this is ridiculous and they lie to your face. I have been charged 4 times for the same transaction and they say they cant find it in their computer. They couldnt print or email me a receipt the day of purchase. Ive been charged 4 separate times, $62 each time and been back to the store twice to get it fixed and no one can help?! Driving 40 minutes to not be helped is beyond frustrating.
I just had a horrendous experience with a balloon delivery from Party City over the weekend for my son's birthday party. First, the balloons arrived after the estimated delivery time given when I ordered them. These were supposed to be the centerpieces and all of the balloon configuration was completely wrong. I wanted one ****** mylar balloon with 6 surrounding latex (one of each color - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) surrounding it. I went here to buy my daughter a balloon for her birthday. No a/c on in the building it was 95 degrees out. I waited for fifteen mins for my balloon and then made my 35 minute drive home. Only as I got out of the car and took my balloon it slips off the tied end and I am standing there shouting some things I shouldnt repeat. Call them and they say theyll offer a refund or a replacement but not both. Its not worth the gas to drive back. Find your local party supplier, I will never shop Party City again.

I placed an order for 6 bundles of balloons in the **************** store. When I got home, I realized I had forgot to order 2 latex balloons for the 6th bundle. I called and asked if I could add them over the phone and was told no. I went online and ordered the 2 balloons I had forgot and picked the same date and time for pickup.
