I returned front and rear discs & pads with their return code because they were not the same as advertised. First time returning goods to them. They denied receiving them until I provided courier photographic evidence of the items on their counter. Continuously lied about refunding my money, telling me it had been processed when it had not. Do not buy from these people, they accept returned goods, but do not refund your money, that is theft.

It is a very doggie shop I bought batteries and which was foulty didn’t get refund or exchanged and they remove my negative feadbeck on eBay and block my account I manage to follow that shop for few weeks and tey remove 5 negative feadbeck from other buyers wit only 3 weeks every transaction which goes wrong they keep removing from profile I’m really disappointed haw eBay can tolerate this kind of problem.

I have problem with my brake drum it is not fit ,I would like to make refund I cant found any free post sticker.I don't want to pay extra Please change Returns Policy.
