Phenomenal customer service! I was looking for a screen for my older Dell laptop, these guys went above and beyond with helping me! I ordered a Bluetooth module and cable for my Dell Latitude e6430. It arrived on time and thanks to Dell's excellent documentation for the Latitude series it only took 5 minutes to install and use. The part was well packaged, fairly priced, and in perfect condition. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Wow -- I was out of town in Austin TX and my computer wouldn't start. I thought it was my battery. I took an uber over to Parts People and they determined that it wasn't a battery problem. Instead it was a bad power button. They fixed it and got me on my way quickly! Thanks so much Ben and Mike! You guys are awesome! I'll recommend you to everyone. BTW they specialize in Dell and sell parts directly on their website to the whole country. Plus they have trouble shooting videos so you can figure out what is going wrong.
After watching their videos on replacing parts in my daughter's Dell, I called to order. Even though it was closing time, the agent patiently helped me find the right fan and keyboard. Parts arrived 3 days later and the computer was fixed within 20 minutes! We highly recommend Parts-People.

I've placed two orders with parts-people and the orders were filled in a timely fashion. Plus all the parts were in stock. I like the fact that they have instructional videos/print outs that show you how to install a item in a dell laptop (in my case going from a regular keyboard to a backlit one.)
