I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication I’ve experienced. Despite sending emails and making separate attempts to enquire about a property on sale, I have yet to receive even the courtesy of a response. I find it genuinely shocking that I am having to chase this hard simply to enquire about a property for sale. The lack of engagement suggests that either my business is not valued or that there is a serious issue with internal responsiveness.

We had our house at Furnace End near Coleshill on the market for about 18 months with a couple of other agents and got barely any viewings. We had more viewings in a matter of days after going with Partridge Homes than we'd had throughout all the time we'd previously been on the market. We accepted an offer very quickly after going on with them and completed in January. I'd definitely recommend them, their marketing is superb.
