We had called about a listing with a different agent he never returned my message at that time Danica stepped in and helped us through the buying process. If we had questions immediately she answered them. She never kept us waiting. Absolutely Wonderful. We will use her again.

I began working with Stacy in April of 2016 when I was looking to rent an apartment/condo. She was the licensee for the property listed that I was looking at, and after I obtained the lease of said property, she was, and has been, my landlord as well. I first contacted Jeron with a unique and time-critical situation I hoped he could help with, knowing it may have been a lot to ask. His reply was sympathetic and professional. He was able to finish the project ahead of schedule and blew away my expectations. I have not yet had the chance to work with Jeron at his new position and field but know the trust worthy guy Im going with next time I need a relator!

What made you decide to buy/sell your home? While doing a comparison of rentals in the area and mortgage rates, we did not want to throw away upwards of $36k a year and since were military were going to be here for 4 years so that equates to at least $144k that we would never recoup. Ethan helped us in our first home sale and I can't say enough good things about him. He did an excellent job helping us understand the process and guide us through the, often difficult, process of selling our family home. He was highly communicative and supportive through the entire sale and was extremely knowledgable about everything we had questions about.
