Tim went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! Whenever, however we need a question answered or something done he responded quickly and did whatever needed to be done. He kept in constant contact with the sellers realtor and with us. He is honest, dependable and an all around great guy. Hopefully I never have to buy a house again, but if I do.. I'm calling Tim!
