We loved working with Tim to buy our first home! We were pretty picky with our list of must-haves and he was always available on fairly short notice to show us houses. We chose a home that was being rented, so the closing process took quite awhile and in that waiting time there were many texts and calls from us with all the various questions and concerns that first time buyers have. When we found the property we wanted to buy, we realized that we needed to move fast as there were several other people looking at the house the same day we were. We gave Tim a call once we had the appointment, and Tim met us at the property with the paperwork ready to go, and we were able to submit our offer that day. Brandon and the team at Partners are amazing. We moved to Alaska and thankfully were referred to them. Tim was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and stayed within the guidelines allowing me to explore other areas in which I could make adjustments to my search area. While viewing a place, he help by noticing potential issues with the place. He still owes me a beer.

We used Partners as a property manager for a rental condo in Eagle River for 8 years and then as seller's agent. Overall it was a very positive experience for us. They are very responsive to your questions and concerns, or also willing to help you make it a totally "hands off" investment process if that's your preference.

Tim did an excellent job helping us find exactly what we were looking for and connected us with all of the resources needed to acquire our new home. Our purchase was long distance but Tim made us feel comfortable with his knowledge of the area and honesty in our walkthrough of the house. Highly recommend.
