Went for app yesterday, was 20-25 minutes late and didn't even apologise, how come patient aren't aloud to be late but the doctors can, I no sometimes going to run over but only curtesy to say sorry to keep you, my partner had come from work poorly, though the other good thing young lady re arranged the app to fit in with us better that day.
Useless, called to book appointment for health checkup. Spoken down to by receptionist because I hadn't booked via a link they sent me months ago. Didn't have any appointments anyway. Not fit for purpose.
Impossible to get an appointment. I'm type 1 diabetic and have not managed to get a GP appointment for about three years.
This Doctors practice really should be put into special measures. Health is the most important in everyone's life. I was told today that my illness needs to get worse before I can get access to antibiotics!!!
