Having used parsons for 10 years the change in structure of not holding let only deposits is ridiculous. My t&cs requested 2 things: find a tenant and register the deposit. In future I won’t use Kings as half the reason I once instructed parsons is now gone. No thought for let only landlords.
10/10 Letting agency honestly! Never had a bad experience in talking with them, or trying to get something resolved. They make sure to keep you up to date with everything and all the the staff are super kind! I want to drop a special mention for Julie as she conducted all of the inspections at the property I was renting, and she was the nicest and most helpful letting agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Kings and Co have been very helpful throughout my tenancy period on the property I was staying. There were constant communication and always provide a solution to all issues relating to the property. They are the best letting agent and will always love to use their services
