Absolute rubbish service and wrong people at the job. Had an appointment with Dr. Monir Miah. Please don't waste your time going to this clinic as nothing is going to get resolved. Their doctors doest have the patience to listen to your issues. You go for appointments, they get you seated and boom you have your prescriptions. Not interested to speak to you or work with you to perhaps understand what you are going through. They would be happy to settle for the prescription and visit money they can claim from the government. N... read more

Had ultra sound . They didn’t send my result to my Gp. I called asking for my result , a staff told me that she couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t sent , that she will make sure to speak to the right department to do so . A week passed no result I called again , another staff told me oh the report is still with them that he would try send it now ! Which he did thanks to him . So disappointed honestly, so if I didn’t chase up the result , it would have been lost . Poor management honestly

Very rude stuff in reception and I took my wife in 17:15 o’clock today and I said hello to receptionist and she did not bother to look at us. I came in other day as well I had same experience with same person. That’s very sad
