Absolute scum. Quick view around the house and pressures into renting originally. Forced to pay double the price of a cleaner despite cleaning the whole property. Charged for mess made by Tennant's after I had left. Not told or contacted till months after where I'm informed of charges to my deposit. During the tenancy we had to deal with black mold, bug and rodent infestations and told to deal with it ourselves. Forced into paying for a cleaner not in our contract. These guys are great, I've been living for years in one of their places and they always fixed any problems in the house quickly. They also do everything the right way, no shady stuff.
Dreadful people. When I was about to move I asked them if my bedroom needed to be painted and was told it was fine. Next thing I was charged an inflated fee for people to paint it. Quite dodgy guys.
