Booked a plumber to attend a leak in the bathroom, it was an emergency enquiry, they were unable to attend quickly due to lack of staff/busy, however agreed to wait 2 weeks as needed the service and I booked in advance, received a call today 3 working days before appointment to cancel the appointment not even an offer to rearrange, a point blank cancel.
