Vastly overrated – Perhaps I was expecting too much of Parlor after reading the gushing Citysearch reviews. I certainly was not expecting a triple-booked colorist who simply decided to glaze over my highlights and lowlights. The stylist, despite her credentails, appeared to be incapable of assessing the texture of my hair and lacked the proper tools to style it (i.e. a round natural-bristle brush and straightener with multiple heat settings). poor job – The hairstylist hacked my hair which I've been trying to grow it out for 2 years. She cut off the right corner of my hair in the front. A waste of time, money and hair! It is discouraging to put my hair in a stranger's hands and pay such a big price. Then again it is just my vanity that is hurt by this mistake.
Every Day is a Good Hair Day Now... – It is pretty amazing what a good hair cut can do to your confidence. Best Salon ever, Best Colour & Cut ever, Best Stylist (Tina) ever – Well the headlines tell's it all, I found this amazing salon over citysearch and thank goodness, because now I have the Best Hair ever. Great atmosphere to be taken care of – I've had my hair cut and colored here a couple times by Tina and I've always walked out feeling great about my hair and the experience. The atmosphere is very friendly - I always feel welcome. Tina is great at doing what you want and she always offers inventive suggestions that make you look your best...she really cares about how you feel with your new hair.
