We had a great experience with Parkway Toyota. Excellent deal on a good car and great customer service.
Great no pressure deal. When I got to see the Jeep in person I noticed a flaw not described in the description or photos. Dealer discounted the already discounted price on the spot. The only thing they need to work on is the time to complete the paperwork. It tools is about 1.5 - 2 hours. Not bad but not great.
They advertise low price cars to have you call, and then they do not have them! Watch out for this type of dealership!

Their website and internet ads lied about the mileage -- made it 2,000 miles less than what was on the odometer. They also lied about the car being "certified pre-owned" -- they hadn't done the inspection or work to bring it up to Toyota's certification standards. And finally, after wearing us down with hours of waiting, they slipped in a $378 "documentary fee" (New York state limits this hidden fee to $75, but NJ doesn't, and these guys take full advantage.) Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Gee Spivak and Seyda Sengul who got me a very low interest rate, especially for a used car and were very personable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and obtained all of the documents I requested.
