Great dealer and very positive attitude. Couldn't work out my price.
Terrible experience . I went from Jamaica , NY , they have no idea about Lexus witch I was looking for . There total behavior is completely unexpected .

I had an amazing experience buying my car here. I was assisted by Clinton and Kathy; both of them were extremely professional in their conduct which made it very smooth experience for us. The car itself was priced very reasonably and still they were able to take a descent amount (descent amount, being measured in comparison with the actual market value of this car) off the listed price. I personally had a great time buying from this dealership and was very satisfied driving out of their place in my new Highlander limited. :D

Were not really ready to make a deal with me, but they do get good reviews and I did feel like my salesman was no BS and being genuinely honest, which is alot more than I can say for the majority of dealers I have visited. Coming down to my price will get you five stars! haha Seriously though i think this place made me realize I am not going to get the truck I want for the price I want. I would go back and maybe will.

The only dealer personnel who actually knew the available options for the 2016 Corolla. Two different dealerships told me certain items were not available, when of course, they were. Kudos to Parkway
