I flew in to get a car I found on Car Guru, & the dealership did pick me up at Newark. I was UNABLE TO TEST DRVIE the car when I arrived at the agreed upon time! I waited hours for the entire inspection & cleaning. Meanwhile, they drew up the sales paperwork & want me to sign without a test drive!!! Then I was told I'd get plates the next week, but I had to call repeatedly to finally get that done. Dealership was very responsive and followed up. Nelson and all of the staff were friendly and easy to work with. The car was clean and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I would use them again.

Would give them a 0 if u could. Was told car was nice had scratches all over it inside was a mess. And car had a whining noise when it drove. One word. Crooks

Worst customer service i ever experienced, no only was the manager rude, but i didn't even get a chance to speak. They are a bunch of crooks that talked nice on the phone to get you to waste your time going to their dealership. I must thank them, because the next stop i made i got the same car for 3k less.
