Very poor service, receptionist sent me to pharmacist to check my son for chest infection ensuring me he can do it and prescribes antibiotics after asking him are you sure ( i know only doctors can do it) Don't waist people's time if you don't know what are you doing and given wrong information. My husband has been given wrong blood test form
Very bad service. Staff are very rude and don't respect patients. Doctors don't give proper treatment. Receptionist are rude and don't helpful. They don't know they information about anything.
I am moving from this gp today. The most worst gp in the world. No one there to help you. This is just a name of gp without any service.
I was first time yesterday, but I am happy about service. Dr. Babalola answered my questions, I received tests and medications. The reception staff helped me with the NHS app. I am very happy and grateful for the excellent service.
