Highway robbery at its finest! Was faithfully paying $200 a month on a bill of $5000. They told me they wanted $550 a month paid each month!!!! When all I could do was the $200 they sent it to collections. Pretty crappy to send it to collections when I was paying each and every month without fail. Scumbags. Will go with Lutheran next time.
Unbelievably slow service, spent numerous hours waiting 2 days in a row. Seen Dr Hurley collectively over them 2 days 4-5 times for a total of about 2 minutes. Terrible bedside manners, resistant to hear patients own medical history. Overall completely useless group of individuals at this particular hospital
2 networks in my area and the only reason I go to Parkview is because it's the lesser of 2 evils. Test results & patient info was discarded on the ER hallway floor, took 48mins for them to answer a call light, and personal items came up missing and no resolution but a NO via mail, which was never received, and after being promised a follow up call. Then after I filed the report I was refused info when I called in after waiting over 60days. I wish we had another network besides Lutheran, but since we don't; we are stuck! Good... read more
