Got got another epidural shot shot in my spine for shoulder issues. This is the second, the first was through another facility and didn't go well at all for a number of reasons. This second one was at parkview with Dr. Austin. He is very personable, actually looks at you, answered my very stubborn questions, and asks questions about your goals in order to manage your expectations. Ive never seen someone have such a horrible experience at a hospital. My mother in law sat unattended for over an hour before a nurse came then almost another thirty minutes after that to get the Dr in . They wouldnt let her eat because of a reason that ended up being bogus then well after she was cleared to eat they never brought her anything or checked her sugar even though she has a history of passing out and hasn't eaten in nearly ten hours. My Primary Care Physician, Dr. Lisa Hatcher, joined the Parkview Physicians Group. The Quality of care is still excellent, however the billing has skyrocketed and the billing practices have become dishonest. Beware. If you answer any questions your Dr. asks in a preventative care visit that does not fall under what Parkview defines as preventative care, you will be charged for 2 office visits. Dr. Sunil Reddy needs to find another profession. Rude and inconsiderate. Absolutely NO bedside manor! Treated my mother like garbage! I am sooo glad I don't personally use Parkview. I would've completely snapped on the doctors by now. Most are rude and unprofessional. Never again!
