I have been going to Dr David Reinhard for 15 years . He is the best Dr . I drive 45 mins to see him . But they started a call center and I hate it you can not call the office anymore and talk to the nurses in his office. Every time you call you have to go through 15 hoops. I am very disappointed in the service you get these days from the call center no personalization to it at all. need to be able to call your doctor's office and talk to the people in their office not random nurses. Very upsetting to me and my family.

I cannot express how great my experience was. I had foot surgery with Dr. Lyons (podiatrist) on 9/14. My experience was amazing. From checking in to prep to surgery & checking out. The entire staff, nurses, surgery team & especially Dr. Lyons were amazing. I felt very comfortable & very well taken care of. They went above & beyond for me & my family that were there. I cannot thank them enough.
