Friendly staff and doctors. But are quick to overcharge you to the point where you can’t afford it even with insurance. Beware.

RecommendedThe heart center has outstanding wonderful staff that really were attentive to my husband and his needs He had to stay a couple days about two weeks ago. Very happy with the way they took care of my hubby.
Do not use parkview health if you care about your health. I wish I had the $100 s of thousands i have wasted back.
Continue to be disappointed by the customer service and feeling like an animal and not an individual. Ironically I receive better customer service at Veterinarian offices.

RecommendedI recently had to stay on the second floor ICU heart Institute and the staff here is outstanding they totally treat you like a family member and they totally care of your well-being and this is the best treatment I have ever had at any hospital stay absolutely everyone on this floor from housekeeping to nutrition ,all the doctors ,the nurses’ the technicians ,and Dr Green Lee‘s team this outstanding treatment and a very caring group of people
