I was once such a cheerleader of Parkview, and proud that we had such a progressive healthcare organization in our community. We absolutely love our Dr. through Parkview, but my experience with the Billing Department has been abysmal. RecommendedThey specialize in everything Heart related. they saved my life after a major cardiac arrest. I have a Pacemaker / Diffibulator that is taken care of by them. Parkview Cardiology has the best Specialists in the area.
RecommendedWe have always gone to DuPont or Lutheran but went to Parkview for an issue with my wife that two other ERs had failed to remedy. Absolutely every person we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and compassionate - and it was July 4th when we were in. The Parkview Team was quick to schedule the surgery the same day with a specialist. Handoff between ER and surgery and surgery and recovery was flawless and well communicated. RecommendedI highly recommend PRMC. I'm a 13 year old girl who had to go into the ER at around 6:30 in the morning last Wednesday. I came in with abdominal pain, and right away everyone started treating me very nicely. Even the guy who checked us into the ER. My ER nurse Bailey was really nice. She took really good care of me.
