Dr. Nicholas Ricco & staff (Trier & Maplecrest) have poor bedside manner nor do they listen to patients. I called his office for a cold & med refill. When I'm taken back by the nurse I was informed that I was being seen for the cold. The office refused to see me for my refills while I was there anyway. I wasnt given a follow up appointment or sent for labs the last time I saw him. Whatever happened to do no harm? I guess it won't do any harm to be without medicines. Well l when you are sick and dr says its all in your head ! When you are in pain every day drs cant figure out whats wrong. Dont ever go to Dr Reese because she wont run any tests and Dr. Lou runs tests but cant figure what s causing my pain!
charging me for something I paid for already. It's 2019 and they can't stop an automatic payment 😡😠

My wife had her baby at Parkview In Wabash. To say it was a bad experience would be an understatement. My wife was 43 years old and a high-risk pregnancy and had a C-section and they sent her home at 24 hours. We did not agree with some things that happened there and we voiced our opinion and the nurses did not like it. That being said they involved Parkview security. I would of said before yes to Parkview. Now hearing that their employees shouldn't think of their families when at work. To hear an employee tell other employees we don't care about your family so upsetting. I have been going to Parkview for 25 plus years now maybe time to rethink this. Parkview employees have families just like everyone else and stuff happens. They should have the care you give your patients. Your employees are the people we see. Just had so let you know.
